What does advice at Rombey Capital cost?
Our advice is free of charge for you. As insurance brokers, we are paid through a commission from the insurer when a contract is concluded — your premium is not increased by it.
What's the difference between a broker and a tied agent?
A tied insurance agent is contractually bound to one company and sells that company's products. A broker is the client's statutory representative, compares the market, and is not tied to any single provider.
How does switching existing contracts to you work?
You give us a broker mandate (Maklervollmacht) to manage your contracts. We then check whether they still fit and whether switching makes sense — or, just as often, explicitly doesn't. Your existing contracts stay unchanged until you decide otherwise.
Do you also advise nationwide and online?
Yes. Most of our engagements run via video consultation and secure document upload. On-site meetings are available too, depending on your situation.
What happens to my data and my contracts?
We work GDPR-compliant and encrypted. Your data is used only for the agreed purpose. You can revoke the broker mandate at any time.
I only have one specific question — can I still get in touch?
Of course. A first inquiry commits you to nothing. Often a few targeted questions are enough to clarify whether there's anything you need to act on.
